Manager is Anthony Starkey
who has tertiary qualifications in Catering, Hospitality
and Tourism and 17 years of hospitality experience in Clubs
fast food and a casino.
The Clubs’ Executive Chef is Wootisak Simhong who has a wealth of international experience in large international hotels.The team of talented chefs will create mouthwatering meals whilst leaving you impressed with the value for money.
Our service staff, led by our Duty Managers and Function supervisors, is highly trained in all aspects including responsible Service of Alcohol and knowledge of food service.
